The Bromar.me website (hereinafter:Bromar Website) is owned and managed by Bromar Insurance Brokerage LLC, Podgorica (hereinafter:Bromar). By accessing or using the Bromar Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Bromar reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the Bromar Website.

You may use the information provided on this site only as permitted under our Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or utilization of our content for purposes other than those expressly allowed is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Any data, comments, or inquiries submitted by users through the Bromar website become the property of Bromar upon submission.

Bromar Insurance Brokerage LLC, the owner and operator of the Bromar website, is a licensed insurance intermediary, authorized by the Insurance Supervision Agency of Montenegro (license number 03-829/2-21, issued on November 1, 2021). The company is registered with the Central Registry of Business Entities under number 50994924 (registration date: November 11, 2021).

Bromar has established brokerage agreements with the following insurance providers:
- Uniqa Life Insurance;
- Uniqa Non-Life Insurance;
- Generali Insurance;
- Sava Insurance;
- Grawe Non-Life Insurance;
- Wiener Städtische Insurance;
- Lovćen Non-Life Insurance.
Bromar holds no direct or indirect voting rights, nor any ownership interests, in any of the above listed insurance providers. Likewise, none of these insurers have any voting rights or any form of ownership in Bromar.

Article 6 – Disclaimer of Liability
The Bromar Website may feature links to third party sites; however, Bromar does not accept responsibility for any products or services obtained via those external sites.
From time to time, the Bromar website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Bromar bears no liability for any inability to access or use the website arising from such circumstances.
Article 7 – Jurisdiction
Any claims or disputes related to the use of the Bromar website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Basic Court in Podgorica.
