The Bromar.me website (hereinafter:Bromar Website) is owned and managed by Bromar Insurance Brokerage LLC, Podgorica (hereinafter:Bromar). Bromar reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the Bromar Website.

All content published on the Bromar website including text, design, graphics, and other materials is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Bromar or its licensed providers.

You may use the information provided on this site only as permitted under our Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or utilization of our content for purposes other than those expressly allowed is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Any data, comments, or inquiries submitted by users through the Bromar website become the property of Bromar upon submission.

The company is registered with the Central Registry of Business Entities under number 50994924 (registration date: November 11, 2021).

Bromar holds no direct or indirect voting rights, nor any ownership interests, in any of the above listed insurance providers. Likewise, none of these insurers have any voting rights or any form of ownership in Bromar.

Article 6 – Disclaimer of Liability

Article 7 – Jurisdiction
